Which Vector Image Format is the Best?

PDF vector format is often recommended because it can be opened without expensive image software and is welcomed by commercial printers and vector graphic artists. An EPS Vector image is also popular with many printers, especially those who rely on older software that cannot import the newer Vector PDF format.
